The problem
Today, athlete documents arrive by email, get checked by eye, and die in a folder.
Every regulation requirement — medical certificates, insurance, licenses, waivers — is a PDF someone eyeballs at check-in. No validity control, no audit trail. When something goes wrong, the liability is yours.
Athletes don't submit, submit late, or submit expired documents — and someone has to chase each one.
Rules differ per race: a 108 km ultra isn't a 7 km run. Checking that by hand doesn't scale.

The per-athlete fee can be passed to the athlete as a registration service fee, the category's usual convention. Insurance commissions routed through NOMA Pulse reduce the fee — on higher-risk events they can offset it substantially, though not every event to zero. Figures reference the average Brazilian registration ticket.

We're technology, not an insurer. If your event already has insurance, nothing changes — coverage is simply linked to each athlete's profile so it appears in a rescuer's scan.
